- High ride with a view
A long arm, two gondolas and plenty of loops: High Energy is a thrill for those with a head for heights.
This is what riding High Energy de Poorter is like
You take a seat in one of the gondolas and are securely fastened in. The arm then starts to turn, slowly at first and then faster and faster. Soon your gondola races in a circle from the very bottom to the very top and back again. On many Booster rides, the gondola also spins around its own axis. This takes you upside down several times.
Right at the highest point, you get a spectacular view over the funfair before plunging back down. The lighting in the evening also makes for an impressive sight, so it is worth watching from below too.
