Foire Saint-Romain 2026 runs from 21 October to 22 November in Rouen. The city announced this year's edition on 14 October in an official press release. More than 200 rides, attractions, restaurants and other offerings are set to turn the Esplanade Saint-Gervais on the right bank of the Seine into a large fair. For your visit, opening times and how to get there are especially important, alongside the programme.
The site brings together traditional funfair stalls, family-friendly rides and attractions for anyone looking for a faster-paced experience. The city lists Sweety, New World XXL, Flasher and Top Spin Fresh, among others. Madison Skooter and Palais des enfants are also among the attractions mentioned. You can choose between thrills and a more leisurely ride. You can find the exact selection and prices at each stall.
Food and drink are also part of Foire: restaurants and stalls offer churros, candyfloss and other fairground favourites, among other things. So the event is worth visiting even if you don't want to try every roller coaster and ride.
Foire Saint-Romain is generally open daily from 14 o'clock. From Sunday to Thursday, the funfair normally closes at 23 o'clock. On Fridays, Saturdays and the eve of public holidays, it stays open until 1 at night. The extended opening hours also apply on Tuesday, 10 November. According to the city's information, restaurants can start welcoming guests from 11:30 o'clock.
There is no admission charge to enter the site. Individual rides cost extra; the city gives approximate prices of three to five euros for children's and family attractions and five to eight euros for more intense rides. These are guide prices, not fixed prices for every ride.
A day with reduced ride prices has been announced for Wednesday, 18 November. The city has also reported a drone show and fireworks to close the event. The official information reviewed does not give reliable times for these programme items. If you are planning a specific evening visit, check the organiser's latest information beforehand.
The city and the Astuce public transport network recommend travelling by public transport. Additional services are planned to make it easier to get to the fair. According to the published information, public transport is free on Wednesdays, weekends and public holidays. If you travel by car, you can use designated free parking areas and shuttle services. Free bicycle parking is also planned at Pont Flaubert.
You can find the full dates, a summary of opening times and other practical information on our Foire Saint-Romain 2026 event page. Please note that changes at short notice may occur, for example due to weather or safety measures. So it is worth checking the official information from the city of Rouen shortly before travelling..
