Wuppertal Easter funfair 2027 at Carnaper Platz in Wuppertal-Barmen: From Saturday, 27 March to Sunday, 4 April 2027, the spring fair invites you to enjoy nine days of funfair entertainment, according to the organiser. Carnaper Platz in the Barmen district is a central venue for Wuppertal's funfair season in spring. Here, visitors of all ages can enjoy colourful rides, game stalls and food and drink stands. At the 2026 edition, visitors could enjoy bumper cars, a glass maze, a large swing and a nostalgic Ferris wheel, among other attractions. It has not yet been confirmed which rides will be at Carnaper Platz in 2027.

This fair typically also features lottery stalls, shooting galleries and food vans. While some visitors seek speed and thrills, families often enjoy a leisurely stroll around the funfair. Afterwards, you can treat yourself to candyfloss, roasted almonds or savoury funfair specialities.

Wuppertal Easter funfair 2027: opening times and dates

For the 2027 edition, the organiser's website gives the dates as 27 March to 4 April, with opening hours of 14 to 22 daily. This means the funfair starts on Easter Saturday and also includes Easter Sunday and Easter Monday. As the fair starts after Good Friday, there is no Good Friday closure during this period. Family day, special events and prices

In previous years, there was a family day with discounted ride prices. However, whether and when this event will take place in 2027 has not yet been confirmed.
