Sinaai – April Funfair 2027
What to expect
Sinaai Aprilkermis 2027 is scheduled under the current municipal annual rule from Saturday, 24 April to Monday, 26 April 2027. This small local funfair is part of Sinaai’s spring programme. Sinaai is a district of the Belgian city of Sint-Niklaas. The dates were calculated from the municipal funfair regulations; a separate announcement for the 2027 edition has not yet been published. So, before you visit, the city’s official calendar is the main source to check.
Where the Sinaai Aprilkermis 2027 takes place
The traditional venue is the Dries in the centre of Sinaai. The city explicitly names it as the location of the April funfair. Unlike the Meikermis at Duizend Appels or the Sommerkermis in Sinaai, this is a separate event. So, when planning your route, look for the name “Dries”, not just the town name. Access routes and parking may also change during set-up; specific traffic measures for 2027 have not yet been published.
What makes this village funfair special
The funfair is an opportunity to enjoy the village centre together. Spring funfairs in Sint-Niklaas traditionally feature rides, games and funfair food. However, it is not yet known which showmen will actually come to Sinaai in April 2027. We therefore deliberately do not name any specific carousels or operators here. No reliable number of stalls has been officially published either. Once the city announces a site plan or line-up of rides, you will be able to plan your visit in more detail.
Sinaai Aprilkermis 2027: dates and times
The municipal rule is: from the Saturday before the last Monday in April until and including that Monday. For 2027, this means 24, 25 and 26 April. The same rule gave the dates 25 to 27 April for 2026, which are also listed by the city’s tourist information service. Opening hours have not yet been published. There is therefore currently no reliable timetable with times; nor could daily opening and closing times be established from the official information for the previous edition.
Admission, ride prices and programme
An official admission price, the prices of individual rides and special offers for 2027 have not yet been announced. Special programme items such as music, family activities or an opening ceremony have also not been confirmed. So do not assume that offers from other funfairs in the city will be available. For the latest announcements, it is worth checking the official website of Sint-Niklaas; the dates are based on the municipal funfair regulations.
Getting there and other funfair dates
