Oordegem – Blauwe Kanne Funfair 2027

Blauwe Kanne Kermis Oordegem 2027 takes place from Friday, 30 April, to Thursday, 6 May 2027, in accordance with the municipality of Lede’s current annual rules. The traditional funfair is held on Speurtstraat in the Oordegem district. The municipality has not yet announced the 2027 edition individually; the dates follow its funfair regulations: it begins on the Friday before the funfair Sunday and ends on Ascension Day.

Blauwe Kanne Kermis Oordegem 2027: Date and location

The key reference point is the Sunday before Ascension Day. In 2027, this falls on 2 May, with Ascension Day on Thursday, 6 May. The official rule therefore covers seven calendar days. For directions, use Speurtstraat in 9340 Oordegem, a district of the Belgian municipality of Lede, as your reference point. The specific layout plan for 2027 has not yet been published.

The Blauwe Kanne funfair should not be confused with the large funfair in Oordegem: according to the municipal regulations, that takes place in August at a different location, Oordegemdorp. So when planning your visit, check the name and not just the place name.

What to expect at Blauwe Kanne Kermis Oordegem 2027

The event is one of the public funfairs for which Lede provides pitches for showmen. The rides, games stalls and food and drink outlets actually taking part in 2027 have not yet been announced. An official line-up of rides and an up-to-date site plan are also not yet available. We therefore deliberately do not list attractions from previous editions as confirmed participants.

It is worth checking the municipality’s announcements shortly before your visit. For the 2026 edition, temporary traffic and parking arrangements in Speurtstraat were announced because of the funfair. It has not yet been confirmed whether, when or where there will be closures in 2027. So allow some extra time for your journey.

Opening hours, admission and programme

The daily opening hours of the rides for 2027 have not yet been published. We also do not have a reliable day-by-day timetable from an official source for a previous year. The calendar therefore does not yet show a schedule. Confirmed details of admission, ride prices, concessions and any special offer days are also not available.

Whether there will be additional music, club activities or special events during the funfair will only become clear when the current call for applications is published. The municipal regulations set the recurring period, not the specific supporting programme. This information can be added once the municipality provides it.

Getting to Speurtstraat

Oordegem is in East Flanders and belongs to Lede. Use Speurtstraat as your reference point rather than automatically heading to the centre of Oordegemdorp: the other Oordegem funfair takes place there.
