Melle – Winterkermis 2026

Winterkermis Melle 2026 is listed in the official events calendar of the municipality of Merelbeke-Melle for Sunday, 8 November 2026. The funfair is part of the annual rhythm of the Melle district in East Flanders. If you are planning a visit, this date is the reliably confirmed reference point. The current official overview does not clearly state whether individual rides will already be open beforehand or on additional days.

Winterkermis Melle 2026: confirmed date

The municipality explicitly lists Winterkermis among its public funfairs and gives 8 November as the date for 2026. This falls on a Sunday. The general funfair regulations list Winterkermis in Melle-Centrum as a recurring event. They also mention a period up to 11 November as a general timeframe. However, this alone does not confirm a full schedule of rides operating every day for the 2026 edition.

This entry therefore initially shows only the Sunday explicitly listed in the annual calendar. Additional opening days have not been taken from other funfair websites or previous editions. The remaining dates can be added once the municipality publishes a precise operating schedule.

Where is Winterkermis in Melle?

The official funfair regulations place the event in the centre of Melle. We use Dorpsplein on the map as a point of reference in the town centre. The actual site for the 2026 edition has not yet been officially confirmed. If you want to visit a particular ride, you should check its current location with the municipality. This will help you avoid mistaking a map marker for a definitive showman's site plan.

Winterkermis Melle 2026: opening times and rides

No official opening or closing times have yet been published for the rides on Sunday, 8 November. We have therefore deliberately not included an estimated schedule. There is also no current official list of participating showmen and attractions. Individual rides from previous years cannot automatically be confirmed as participants for 2026.

The municipal regulations also distinguish between the limited use of pitches for setting up and dismantling and the actual operation of the funfair. For this reason, possible set-up times are no substitute for visitor opening times. Whether there will be special offers, discounted rides or an additional programme is still unknown.
