The Heilbronn May Festival 2027 takes place at Theresienwiese from Thursday, 29 April to Monday, 3 May 2027. Heilbronn May Festival 2027 at Theresienwiese
Theresienwiese is a central event venue in Heilbronn and is also used for the large summer fair. The Maifest, however, has its own spring edition and a separate series of events. At the fairground, you can discover a variety of showman attractions and enjoy food and drinks. The Maifest is a popular way for families and groups from the region to kick off the fair season.
Rides and fair attractions
The city’s event description mentions a Ferris wheel, a Break Dance and classic family carousels as examples. Heilbronner Maifest 2027: Opening times
The five days of the fair have different opening times. On Thursday, the Maifest opens in the afternoon, while on Friday and Sunday it opens in the morning. The fair closes on Monday evening after the weekend, so the event runs until 3 May.
Opening-day offer and family day
For the opening day on Thursday, the city has announced a period with special ride prices under the slogan “Prices like 20 years ago”. The last day of the fair is family day, with discounted ride prices and offers at the stalls. Both dates are listed as separate programme items, so special fares are not confused with regular opening times. Admission and getting to Heilbronn
As in previous years, general admission to the Maifest site is free. You pay separately for rides, games and food and drink.
