Rheder funfair 2027: The Rheder town centre is expected to celebrate its funfair again from Friday, 27 August, to Monday, 30 August 2027. The town describes the dates as Friday to Monday on the last weekend in August. This fixed annual rule gives exactly the period stated. Rhede Funfair 2027: Fairground and atmosphere

The Rheder funfair stretches across the entire historic town centre. The individual festival areas are around Rathausplatz, the market streets and nearby lanes. The town describes it as a particularly cosy street funfair, with beer gardens in courtyards. Some residents open their courtyards, creating additional meeting places. This gives the event a different atmosphere from a fair held in an enclosed site. The exact layout of the attractions may change each year.

Rides and showmen

The town of Rhede gives around 160 showmen as a typical number. These include many family-friendly stalls and rides for different age groups. Large rides, children’s carousels, game stalls and traditional food stalls alternate throughout the fair. A specific list of rides confirmed for August 2027 is not yet available.
