Düsseldorf – Düsseldorf Autumn Funfair 2027

Düsseldorfer Herbstkirmes 2027 is expected to take place at Tonhallenufer from Friday, 22 October to Sunday, 31 October 2027. This date follows the pattern of previous years and has not yet been officially confirmed by the showmen’s association for 2027; opening hours and the programme have not yet been published. If you’d like to round off autumn with a visit to a funfair by the Rhine, this traditional fair is a lovely opportunity to visit Düsseldorf.

Düsseldorf Autumn Funfair 2027: Date and Location on the Rhine

The autumn funfair takes place at Tonhallenufer in Düsseldorf. The site is also centrally located near the Old Town and offers a view of the Rhine. Unlike the large Rheinkirmes in summer, this event is not held on the Oberkasseler Rheinwiesen. For 2027, we expect ten days of funfair activity based on the familiar event schedule. The exact dates may still change before the official announcement.

Rides at the Düsseldorf Autumn Funfair 2027

The autumn funfair traditionally offers a mix of rides, activities for children, game stalls and food stands. For 2026, the Düsseldorf tourist information office listed bumper cars, children's carousels, Schlager-Express and Action-House, among others. However, this does not mean that these rides will be there in 2027. An official line-up of rides for the next edition has not yet been published. Specific ride names for 2027 are therefore deliberately left open.

Autumn atmosphere and food and drink

An evening stroll around an illuminated funfair is especially worthwhile. The typical fare between the rides includes light snacks, sweets and classic funfair dishes. You can also combine your visit with a stroll along the banks of the Rhine. It is not yet known which food and drink stalls 2027 will actually be there. Individual ride prices are also not yet known.

Opening hours and Halloween programme

Confirmed daily opening hours for 2027 are not yet available. We therefore do not show made-up times. In 2026, announcements were made about Halloween activities and special offers. The organiser must confirm whether next year's programme will be similar. Fireworks, family day and discount offers are not listed here as confirmed dates for 2027.

Getting to the Herbstkirmes am Tonhallenufer

The Tonhallenufer is close to Düsseldorf’s old town. If you travel by public transport, you can combine your visit with a walk to the Rhine. Especially when it is busy, this can be easier than looking for parking by the river. Please note that any road closures and traffic regulations for 2027 have not yet been announced. So plan your exact route shortly before your visit.
