Experience Fuzzy’s Lachsaloon Heitkamp
The name says it all: things can get lively and comical in the Laughing Saloon. Instead of following a set ride route, you make your way through a series of walk-through and skill-based elements. The Western design creates a distinctive atmosphere reminiscent of an over-the-top saloon set. As you explore on foot, you experience each part at close quarters. You have to find your way, keep your balance and adapt to new situations along the way.
What makes it special is its multi-level layout. It gives the impression that another challenge is waiting just around the next corner or staircase. You cannot simply view the various obstacles from the seat of a gondola. Instead, you are part of the attraction yourself. This makes the walk-through interesting for people who are not particularly keen on classic rides but enjoy moving around and taking on small challenges.
What makes the Western saloon special?
Fuzzy’s Lachsaloon Heitkamp differs from a simple hall of mirrors thanks to its elaborate layout and sequence of varied movement elements. The large façade sparks curiosity, while the walk-through offers fresh perspectives on the Western theme. The attraction also provides an appealing contrast to fast-paced carousels: here, it is not the machine that moves, but above all the visitor.

History of Fuzzy’s Lachsaloon
The attraction was built in 2014 by the Czech manufacturer Ride-Technic. It made its debut in 2015 at the Hamburger Frühlingsdom. It initially travelled with Rico Rasch from Groven and was associated with his name for many years. In 2026, the attraction passed to Heiner Heitkamp junior. It is still the same physical walk-through attraction, not a new one that happens to have the same name.
The change of operator is an important part of its recent history. Visitors who remember the Laughing Saloon from earlier visits to the DOM may still remember the name Rasch. Today, the attraction belongs to the Heitkamp showman business. Its combination of a Western theme and a multi-level obstacle course remains its distinctive feature.

Who is Fuzzy’s Lachsaloon Heitkamp for?
The Laughing Saloon is for visitors who want to laugh together and enjoy an active funfair experience. Groups of friends can accompany each other through the different sections, families can enjoy a varied course, and couples can find an alternative to a roller coaster or Ferris wheel. It helps to take the obstacles at your own pace: in a walk-through attraction, it is not about who finishes first, but who makes their way through carefully.
The different levels make a visit especially varied. If you enjoy being active and like little challenges that test your skill, this attraction could be a good fit for you. For children and people with limited mobility, the operator’s specific entry requirements and notices at the entrance are what matter. You should also wear sturdy footwear when exploring the course.
