The Halloween Funfair Wenduine 2026 turns the Markt in the Belgian coastal town into a meeting place for families from Friday, 30 October to Sunday, 8 November. The De Haan municipal tourism office confirms funfair attractions in a Halloween atmosphere. The event takes place right in the town centre and can be combined with a walk around Wenduine.

Visit the Markt in Wenduine if you would like to combine a classic funfair atmosphere with an autumn trip to the Belgian coast. The municipality explicitly describes the attractions as a funfair with a Halloween theme and presents it as a family-friendly activity. Unlike a large city funfair, the official announcement focuses on the local fairground and its special theme. A complete list of rides and showmen has not been officially published for 2026. We therefore deliberately do not name unconfirmed attractions or give unverified size details.

What you can experience at Halloween Funfair Wenduine 2026

The main attraction is the funfair on the Markt. The most reliable way to see the exact selection is to visit in person, as no confirmed line-up of rides is available yet. According to the official announcement, the Halloween theme sets the scene. The event also falls during the autumn school holidays, so you can combine your visit with a family outing without having to rush. It has not been confirmed whether individual stalls will offer special deals or discounts.

Halloween on 31 October: a special evening in town

On Saturday, 31 October, Wenduine will also host the separate event “Wenduine griezelt tijdens Halloween”. According to the organisers' announcement, it starts at 14:30 at the Rotonde on the Zeedijk. Children can have their faces painted there between 14:30 and 17:30. Later, the evening programme moves to the Markt, where visitors can also stop by the Halloween funfair before the torchlight procession. The procession then goes through the town and ends at the Rotonde with a fire show and a party with a DJ. This is a separate Halloween programme and should not be confused with the funfair's daily opening hours.

Opening hours, admission and prices

The event dates, from 30 October to 8 November, are confirmed. However, the tourism office has not provided confirmed funfair opening hours for individual days. We therefore do not give seemingly precise start and end times. Ride prices and any possible funfair admission fee have also not been officially announced. Free admission to the separate Halloween event on 31 October is explicitly not confirmation that rides or funfair attractions are free.
