Kermis Lonneker 2027: the weekend after Pentecost
Pentecost Sunday falls on 16 May in 2027, and Pentecost Monday on 17 May. The first weekend afterwards therefore begins on Thursday, 20 May. The village association Vereniging Koninginnedag Lonneker (VKL) traditionally opens its Feestweek on this Thursday. The funfair kicks things off. The resulting period runs until Sunday, 23 May. As the association may make changes, you should check the date on the official website again before travelling.
Where does the funfair take place?
The centre of Lonneker is the main focus. The village belongs to the municipality of Enschede in the Dutch province of Overijssel. For the 2026 edition, the city approved Feestweek on Dorpsplein and along Bergweg. This area therefore serves as a reference point for your visit 2027. The detailed layout, including access routes and individual stall locations, has not yet been published.
Kermis Lonneker 2027: rides and stalls
The funfair is part of the multi-day Feestweek. It brings showmen and visitors together in the village. The carousels, children's rides, game stalls or food stalls that will actually be there for 2027 are not yet officially known. A line-up from a previous year would not be reliable evidence.
