Lippstadt Easter Funfair 2027: Expected to run from Easter Sunday, 28 March, to Sunday, 4 April 2027, Rathausplatz in Lippstadt will become a meeting place for funfair fans. The date has not yet been confirmed by the showmen's association for 2027. However, the recurring Easter funfair has been part of spring in the city for many years.

The Easter funfair takes place in and around Rathausplatz, in the heart of Lippstadt. Its central location makes the fair easy to reach when you are in the city centre. You can also combine your funfair visit with a stroll along the shopping streets. Rathausplatz is near Marienkirche and other well-known destinations in the city centre.

The Schaustellerverein Lippstadt e. V. organises the traditional Easter funfair. For 2026, the city of Lippstadt also specifically mentioned the funfair in connection with Lippstädter Lenz. However, the two events are not the same: the Easter funfair is the rides and stalls at Rathausplatz.

Rides and attractions for all ages

In previous years, showmen offered classic carousels, games stalls and various rides. Smaller rides and sweet treats make a good starting point for families exploring the funfair. If you prefer more speed, you may be more interested in the larger spinning rides. The specific rides attending 2027 have not yet been confirmed.

A typical fairground visit also includes food and drink. You can take a short break between the food vans and sweet stalls. The selection may vary from one edition to the next. We therefore cannot list any individual stalls or operators as confirmed for 2027.

The provisional dates are from Easter Sunday, 28 March, to Sunday, 4 April 2027. The 2026 edition ran from 5 to 12 April and also followed Easter weekend. The confirmed opening times for 2027 have not yet been published. We are therefore not showing a daily timetable for now, rather than presenting unconfirmed times as definite.
