Herenthout – Carnavalkermis 2027

The Carnavalkermis Herenthout 2027 is expected to take place on Sunday, 7 February 2027 at the market square in Herenthout. This funfair date is listed in an events calendar, but the funfair itself has not yet been officially confirmed as a separate event. However, the carnival parade on the same day is already listed in the municipal events calendar. The carnival parade and a short funfair visit can therefore complement each other in the town centre. Access to the public square is usually free.

The official carnival parade is listed on the municipal events page for 7 February from 13:30. This time applies specifically to the parade and should not be mistaken for the opening time of all the funfair operators. Especially for a one-day event, it is worth checking the latest information about set-up, roads and access before setting off.

Admission and tips for families

The market square is a public space and usually does not require a general admission ticket for a funfair visit. Individual rides, games, snacks and drinks do cost money. No information has yet been published about special discounts or organised family activities for 2027. Road closures may also apply along the parade route. If you are visiting with children, agree on a meeting point and take care when crossing roads during the parade.
