The Voorjaarskermis Apeldoorn 2027 is scheduled from Tuesday, 9 March, to Sunday, 21 March 2027. Current event listings indicate that this period has been verified with the municipality or organiser. However, a full official programme with times has not yet been published for the upcoming edition. The funfair is also known as the Fun & Food Festival and traditionally takes place in the De Voorwaarts car park on Laan van Erica.

Voorjaarskermis Apeldoorn 2027: De Voorwaarts

The festival site is in the De Voorwaarts area of Apeldoorn, near the Omnisport complex. The large open space can accommodate mobile rides, games and food stalls. The open layout is also suitable for a longer walk around without having to go through the old town. Organiser websites explicitly name the De Voorwaarts car park as the traditional location. However, the exact site plan and any changes resulting from the space allocation for March 2027 are not yet known.

Rides for families and thrill-seekers

Previous editions of the Voorjaarskermis in Apeldoorn have offered a mix of family attractions and larger rides. Local reports from 2026 mentioned more than 35 rides and stalls at De Voorwaarts. This figure refers to that edition and is not a guarantee for 2027. The current line-up of rides is therefore still to be confirmed. Depending on showmen's contracts, children's carousels, thrilling rides or game stalls may be added. Individual ride prices also vary by operator.

Fun & Food Festival in Apeldoorn

The second name, Fun & Food Festival, refers to the combination of entertainment and food. A visit to the funfair may include sweet treats, savoury snacks, skill games and rides. This makes it a suitable outing for families as well as visitors who enjoy trying different attractions. However, the exact selection of food stalls for 2027 has not been published. A special family day offer, discounts or announced performers will therefore only be added as confirmed programme details after official information is available.

The public funfair area at De Voorwaarts is usually accessible without a general admission ticket. You pay separately for rides, games and food. Complete official daily opening times for March 2027 are not yet available. The event page therefore does not show up invented times. The most recently known edition, 2026, ran from 13 to 22 March; according to the current plan, the new period starts on Tuesday. This difference has deliberately not been corrected based on the previous year and should be checked again with the organiser.

Getting to Laan van Erica

De Voorwaarts is on Laan van Erica in eastern Apeldoorn. Apeldoorn De Maten railway station is nearby, and there are also bus connections to the Omnisport area. If you are travelling by car, you can reach the area using the local road network. Parking may be limited while the funfair is being set up. You should therefore check which areas are open to visitors for parking before your visit. Access and parking arrangements for 2027 cannot automatically be assumed to be the same as in previous editions.
