Sint-Amands – Easter funfair 2027

The Paaskermis Sint-Amands 2027 is tentatively scheduled from Saturday, 27 March, to Easter Monday, 29 March 2027. The municipality of Puurs-Sint-Amands names Easter Sunday as the traditional funfair day and listed the event 2026 on 5 April. A longer funfair from Saturday to Monday is recorded for 2027 in an events calendar, but has not yet been separately confirmed by the municipality. The location is confirmed as Livien Van der Looystraat.

Sint-Amands belongs to the municipality of Puurs-Sint-Amands in the province of Antwerp. The village on the Scheldt has its own Easter funfair tradition. The municipality lists Livien Van der Looystraat as the event site and lists its funfairs separately by district. For 2026, Easter Sunday is documented as the date of this Easter funfair. The corresponding main day, 2027, therefore falls on Sunday, 28 March. However, the reported additional days on Saturday and Easter Monday are still provisional.

Family carousels and a typical funfair stroll

At a smaller Flemish Easter funfair, you can usually expect family rides, children's roundabouts, games of chance and food stalls. However, which showmen will actually set up in Sint-Amands will only be confirmed once a specific line-up of rides is available. Opening hours have not yet been published. The municipality’s official funfair overview does mention Easter Sunday for 2026, but does not yet provide a full daily schedule with start and end times for 2027. The event therefore has no estimated opening hours. Sunday and Monday opening hours may also differ. Easter, admission and other events

The reported period covers Holy Saturday, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday. For Easter 2027, these are the days from 27 to 29 March. The publicly accessible street area can normally be entered without a general admission ticket. However, rides, games and food and drink are charged separately. Getting there and official information

Use Livien Van der Looystraat in 2890 Sint-Amands as a landmark. You can reach the town centre by local bus and road. During the Easter funfair, parking spaces along the festival area may be unavailable. So check the current traffic arrangements before your visit.
