The Carnival funfair Knokke-Heist 2027 is expected to take place from Saturday, 13 February, to Sunday, 21 February 2027. The dates come from a specialist funfair calendar; official confirmation of the funfair dates is still pending. The known funfair site is Heldenplein in the Heist district. There, you can combine rides and funfair snacks with a trip to the Belgian North Sea coast.

Carnival and the funfair do not necessarily take place at the same time

The major carnival celebrations in Heist are scheduled for the weekend around 7 February 2027. The official grand Sunday parade starts on 7 February at 14 o'clock. This means the parade takes place before the funfair dates reported here, which start on 13 February. It would therefore be wrong to list it as part of this funfair edition's programme. The municipality still needs to clarify whether the event really starts a week later. You should keep these two dates separate when planning your trip.

Admission, getting there and a seaside visit

The public Heldenplein is normally accessible without a general funfair admission ticket. You pay separately for rides, games and food. The best way to reach Heist is by train or coastal tram, then walk to the square. You can also combine a visit to the beach with a short visit to the funfair.
