What it’s like to ride Elliott Bodet

The ride takes you along a compact steel track with bends and small drops. It’s fast-paced, but never too wild. This balance makes the ride appealing to families: children get a real roller-coaster experience without it becoming too intense. There are no inversions.

The ride is also designed so you can see the whole track clearly. Parents can therefore easily watch their children from the sidelines. If you ride it yourself, you’ll experience the bends up close and can see the little ones’ reactions for yourself.

The history of Elliott Bodet

The ride began operating in 2004. Older specialist documents mention it in connection with the showmen Bodet and Heyblom, while more recent line-up lists name Jeffrey Bodet. Over the years, it has appeared at many major Belgian funfairs, including in Aalst, Brussels and Hasselt. Elliott has therefore been a classic on the travelling fair circuit for more than two decades.

Who is the family roller coaster suitable for?

Elliott is for families and children ready to try their first proper roller coaster. Parents often ride along. The entrance displays the minimum height and whether a supervising adult is required. For example, it can help children to watch one ride from the outside first. That way, they know what to expect. Getting on is usually much easier after that.
